Shanghai YanHai Mechanical & Electrical Industry Company is a specialized manufacturer for Gear Hobbing Machine. With senior engineers and skilled workers as the backbone of the Company, we have more than 50 sets of machining equipments including high-precision worm machining tool. We also have 14sets of advanced inspecting & testing equipments (among them,6 sets were imported from Germany). Our series product YA3115 is a special-type gear hobbing machine for gears with fewer teeth, which filled a gap of gear hobbing processing within china.
Our products are under supervision of ”Shanghai Inspecting & Testing Center for the quality of Mechanical & Electrical product” and receive annual checkout from them.
Recently, we have developed YK3115(two axes act synchronistic) numerically-controlled gear hobbing machine, which can be used to machine drum gear and YK2215 numerically-controlled curved-tooth bevel gear.
We have a perfect quality-control system and got the certificate of conformity for ISO9001•2000 version in 2002.
The company manufactures more than 100sets of YA Series Gear Hobbing Machine every year In Zhejiang Province and JiangSu Province, more than 160 companies, who make electric-driven tool, have become our end-user. And we have set up service centers in the relevant regions.
